possible. Just as each family is unique, so are the adoption needs of
every family. Adoption Advocacy provides South Carolina home study services and also works with domestic adoptions, special needs adoptions, and international adoptions.
Alliance for Children

The Alliance for Children is a non-profit
international adoption agency based in Massachusetts with a branch office in South Carolina,
serving families throughout the USA. They have
placed thousands of children from around the
world in permanent adoptive homes. They are committed
to assisting needy children both through the
location of adoptive families, and through financial
contributions and donations of new clothing,
supplies, and medicines.
Bethany Christian Services
Offices: Columbia, Florence, Greenville, Myrtle Beach
Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Bethany is a not-for-profit, pro-life, Christian adoption and family services agency. Bethany Christian Services of South Carolina provides birthparent assistance, shepherding home care, domestic infant adoption, international adoption, older/special needs adoption, interim foster care, and volunteer opportunities.
Carolina Adoption Services

Carolina Adoption Services is an international adoption agency committed to finding stable, loving adoptive homes for children in need of permanent families. With the assistance of CAS, over 1700 orphans have found their forever, loving families throughout the United States and abroad. The agency is licensed in both North and South Carolina and is the sister agency of ABC Adoption Services of Roanoke, Virginia.
Carolina Hope Christian Adoption Agency

Carolina Hope Christian Adoption Agency is a licensed, (Temporary) Hague Accredited, full-service adoption agency with experience in both domestic adoptions and international
adoptions. Carolina Hope serves adoptive couples and singles from all
over the United States, and also assists non-U.S. citizens in adopting
through its Cambodian adoption program.
Child of the Heart

Child of the Heart is a non-profit, licensed adoption agency that specializes in placing children from Russia
and Ukraine in loving homes in America. Child of
the Heart is a 501(c)(3) agency founded in 1998. Agency fees are very reasonable and are reduced for older children for those in lesser income brackets.
A Chosen Child Adoption Services
Office: Charleston
A Chosen Child Adoption Services (ACCAS) is a licensed South Carolina
adoption agency that specializes in international adoptions and SC adoption home
studies. They complete 15 to 25 international and domestic adoptions per
year. They provide both economical and in depth services to
prospective adoptive parents to help them achieve their goals. ACCAS also
provides free counseling and collateral services to assist birth parents.
Christian Family Services

Christian Family Services (CFS) provides services for birthparents and their families, adoptive parents, other agencies, private
attorneys, and other persons needing such services as: counseling; educational assistance;
consents/relinquishments; pre-placement investigations (home studies); post-placement investigations;
background information investigations; and foster care in licensed Christian homes.
LDS Family Services

LDS Family Services provides licensed child placement services including infant adoption, and special needs adoption. The LDS Family Services branch office in Charlotte, NC, is licensed to provide adoption services in the state of South Carolina.
Worldwide Adoption Services

Worldwide Adoption Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization
specializing in uniting families through international adoption. World Adoption Services is fully staffed by parents who have adopted
internationally through the Worldwide program.
